Well to make it short and simple the EBK 360 has a manual 5 position height adjustment switch where as the Chateau Ultra has a self adjusting height adjustment. The self adjusting movement is perfect for most carpets but what gives the manual(Villa) an advantage is on shag carpet. The manual 5 position Villa adjusts better to the longer carpet fibers.
