Pre plumbing new construction

More and more home builders are pre plumbing their homes for a central vacuum.  While new homes sales of all sizes have been down more and more home builders are looking for ways to add value to homes without incurring huge costs.  Gone are the days of built in vacuums in only very large homes, now homes as small as 1,000 sq ft are being at least pre plumbed for a central vac.  Plumbing a house for a central vacuum can be done for a fraction of the cost of a complete central vacuum and in most cases the home owner will go ahead and finish the central vac off.  We can design and build complete systems with the tank, electric hose and power head and all pipe and fittings for as low as $698 delivered and all the parts needed to pre plumb only for a house for $169 delivered.  Some houses can be retrofitted but not all so don't be stuck with a home that cant sell because it wasnt at least pre plumbed for a central vacuum.
